PZ Suffering Satire? Where?
Oh Stephen Brophy, read the text!
No suffering will you see.
There's ne'er a scold from these two skalds
And on our scroll a tale unfolds
Of tribute to PZ.
Oh Stephen Brophy, read the text!
Pray, change your point of view.
The quest for truth is always hard
And each brave knight deserves a bard;
For PZ there are two.
No suffering will you see.
There's ne'er a scold from these two skalds
And on our scroll a tale unfolds
Of tribute to PZ.
Oh Stephen Brophy, read the text!
Pray, change your point of view.
The quest for truth is always hard
And each brave knight deserves a bard;
For PZ there are two.

I happen to be enchanted with your poetry, and greatly enjoy checking in each day after reading Pharyngula to see what you have come up with. I think it's often equal to the work of the great embryologist and composer of light verse, Walter Garstang. If you two haven't read his book Larval Forms and Other Zoological Verses, you should see if you can track a copy down.

There lies a glimpse of
Walter Garstang's Larval Forms.
I see what I've missed.
I humbly apologise and recant. I jumped to conclusions, unfortunately considering the rest of the post. Your musical, once read in its entirity, was very funny and entertaining. Forgiveness please?
Oh Stephen Brophy, we can see
Your cheeks, how they turned pink.
We're glad you've found our writing fun
In bathos, whimsy, barb and pun,
And thanks, dude, for the link.
