Nothing to See; Move Along

Pharyngula: Pretentious Planet

The callous desert spends its day in sleep,
Then dons its threads of life, all intertwined;
The dark unfathomed features of the deep
Hide fertile tales to lighten any mind;

Antarctica makes emptiness its pride
And even then, to lichens is benign;
Yet, heaven's vacant vaults are shamed beside
The vacuous gulf: the "theory" of design.
